Perhaps have the program assign all laterals within a 'lateral group' to the same Flushing Manifold.
I can't think of a reason where this wouldn't be case.

I don't get a delta z only a delta x and y. Delta z is always zero and design has been interpolated.
Was there another step?

In the Irrigation block entity dialog boxes, it would be great to see

1) a drop-down option for "Submain end assemblies", with the option for more than one type of assembly should the valve not be at the end/start of the submain.

2) additional options available within the Flushing Manifold ...

For your first question, I don't think there's a way to import GE elevations onto a different layer other than Elevations. I generally move the heights from the Elevation layer to another layer before calculating the contours. Alternatively, you can leave them on the default Elevation ...

Another idea that would dramatically improve efficiencies on larger designs is to be able to select a valve and choosing design selected valve > analyse (as an example).

Bonus points if you could double click on the valve and be able to adjust all the parameters found within zone design ...
