Hello,

When I try to add a new Tape in IRRICAD DATA BASE I receive the following error message (screenshot attached):

"The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to allow duplicate entries and try again.

IRRICAD version 20.07
Operating system: Windows 10, 64-bit

This is an issue which appears from time to time in Version 20 and 21, generally caused by a broken symbol table.
The message can usually be safely ignored. However, if you can't proceed with adding a new tape please forward your database to your local support team.

Please note that this issue is completely resolved in Version 22.
