Miguel,

In most cases the file is imported regardless of the message. However at the moment (V14.12) the best way to import files into existing designs is to import them into a clean new design and save them. Then use File|Merge to merge the new design into the existing design. Ensure that you have enabled the "Merge drawing items" and "Merge elevations items" as required.

Note this issue will be fixed in the next patch v14.14 due for release shortly.

THANKS FOR ANSWER.

DID WELL MAYBE NO QUESTION WHEN upload a DXF FILE IN THE Irricad, THIS LOSE THE CHARACTERISTICS THAT WAS IN AUTOCAD AND DISAPPEAR COLORS AND REDUCE THE POLYLINES.

Thank you for the dxf file you sent. However it looks the same in IRRICAD as in AutoCAD on my computer.

Before importing try selecting the import colour map by going to Settings|Import/Export Settings. Go to the tab labelled "DWG Width Import".
Select Use Custom Map and then select AutoCAD Windows in the dropdown box.

Click OK and then import the dxf file.

If this does not work please check the ACADpalo.def file in your IRRICAD 14 installation folder is dated 29/1/2014.

Note with the release of Patch 14.14 you can now import the dxf file directly into an existing design.
