Hello
I would like to move a submain a few meters down a block to try and even out some pressures. Is there an easy way to do this.
Thanks
Kyle

Re: Moving a sub-main
Hi Kyle,
How you approach this depends on how the block and sub-main were created originally. If you have a simple block of laterals (i.e., not a block entity) you can select all the submain pipes and junctions and use the Move tool to adjust their position. You can also do this in a block entity, but you have to hold the Shift key while performing the move.
With the block entity tool you can simply remake the submain in the required position (e.g., using the Set Distance option). Obviously, the larger the change you make the more likely a redesign may be needed. If you are using block entities you may also find the Submain Envelope tool an aid - it will show you the possible and optimum position for the submain in the block. You can find out more about this guide tool in the Tool and Command Reference section of the user manual.
Regards,
Dan
