Hi

I am having an error message appear when I try to save in Link. I get a message saying

Please note: DBS 4
Database could not be created
Renaming C:
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I have turned everything off and restarted the computer twice but to no avail.

Hi Kyle,

The issue could be that your Temp folder is full or that something is wrong with your database.

To empty your Temp folder:
1. Browse to C:\Users\(your log in name\AppData\Local\Temp. Note that if you can't see the "AppData"folder follow the forum post viewtopic.php?f=18&t=610&p=1423&hilit=temp+folder#p1423 to enable hidden folders
2. Select all the contents and press the Delete button on the keyboard. Note that any programs that are currently running wont have their temporary files deleted, which is fine in this case.

If the issue persists between designs please email your database to Support@IRRICAD.com.

Are you running the latest patch - v16.xx.11? If not, download and install it from https://www.irricad.com/upgrades-patches/.

Thanks for you fast reply. i am using the latest patch. I will delete temp folder. i had navigated there but did not want to hastily delete anything.
