Irricad

Having a problem lauching Irricad on a new Dell XPS 15 7590 laptop. I'm using a laptop to run a second copy of irricad with the same dongle as I use on my office pc so I can work from home. I did get it to work a few weeks ago, but now Irricad acts like it will start, pops up for a split second then closes.

Any ideas? Thanks

If you see the IRRICAD splash screen for a second, then nothing, this usually means that the vcadd registration process failed at installation. When this happens IRRICAD will open that day, but not on subsequent days.

Uninstall and reboot
Make sure that you are connected to the internet and have a browser open
Run the IRRICAD installation again.

In Version 18+ uninstalling and reinstalling is no longer required.
