Problems with dividing blocks in V19.09

When I'm going to subdivide the irrigation block, the drip lines change position.
Currently bent/polyline tapes cannot be subdivided.
The work-arounds are:
- make your sub-blocks first. You could use Polygon|Seed for this
or
- use the Cut Lasso tool, located in the Tools menu, to manually subdivide the block as required.
