Irricad

Recently we've change the computer that uses irricad v1. Its a i7 11th, 32gb, 512ms, windows 11.
When we open an existing project, the irricad automaticaly freezes.
I've already done:
Reinstall Windows
Clean cache and temporary files
Done windows, drivers and firmware updates
reinstall irricad

We ...

We have 4 identical laptops with the same Irricad version, v16.
Two of them don't open. The logo of irricad flashes up and close. The only way to use the software is uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Both are W10 64Bit. Does anyone go thru this?
