Flow difference between labels and zone
Hi! we detected this issue while designing a drip irrigation system. We have an irrigation valve that is only connected to one tape irrigation block. The label of the block , showing #ACTFLOW#, says the flow is 17,97 m³/h, but when we go to the "Assign zones to system flows" tool, the flow...

Define max main pipe head loss
Hello Jo! We've been grappling with an issue for quite some time now. In our experience with designing main pipes using Irricad, we often find that the software tends to select pipes with larger diameters than we would typically choose to use. As a result, we frequently need to manually adjust the m...

Special report
Hi! Some time ago we managed to create a custom report to generate a CSV file with all the materials of the project, including extra allowances, grouped by provider. Now we are heading for something a bit more complicated, so first of all, I just want to be sure it can be done. We need to have a rep...

Re: Pressure drop doesn't match manual calculation.
Hi! thank you so much for your answer. The problem was in the minor loss calculations. I deactivated that option for the zone, and the numbers got perfect. The head loss changed from 1,42m to 0,03m. ¿Can I have some insight about how the minor losses are calculated? ¿How come they are so high on thi...

Pressure drop doesn't match manual calculation.
Hi! I'm working on an hydroponic system. Thoug I know Irricad is not conceived for this, I'm using it to calculate the diameters of main water supply lines. The arrangement consist on 122 flexible tubes (internal diameter 4mm) connected along a single PVC line, the separation between tubes is 3''. T...
