Thanks Nick. Gaby is working with IRRICAD Standalone rather than with IRRICAD Link. The @ symbol will not work in IRRICAD Standalone.

Re: main line valves open/close by system flow?
Hi Ari, Misc. Hydraulic items do not have an on/off function and cannot determine what is included in a system flow. To analyse the system when the isolating valve is closed you will need to ensure that no zones downstream from the isolating valve are included in the system flows. One method to ensu...

Re: computer selection fittings
Hi Davie, When the lateral is on the end of a submain (where there is no submain stub beyond the end laterals) IRRICAD will look for a bend/elbow to connect the submain to the lateral. To fix this, there are two solutions:- 1. Enter or enable the required fittings to go from the 50mm submain to the ...

Re: Adding details to plot layout
Hi Jarrad, Thank you for your questions. 1) You can draw a scale bar and save it as a symbol. This can be saved in the plot template via the Plot Template menu commands. See Help|Help Topics for information about making symbols and editing the Plot Templates. 2) You can copy and paste this on to the...

Re: Hand select Pipe code
Hi Nick, Please note that any additions made since Version 16 will be in the Release Notes. However, the addition of the "S" usage code was added in a later patch for Version 20 so does not appear in the V20 Release Notes. The Readme says: A new usage flag "S" (specify) has been ...

Re: Hand select Pipe code
Hi Nick,
Please note that there is already a usage code for what you require. It is "S" for mainline pipes that can only be manually selected.
("F" is the equivalent zone pipe usage code).

Re: Importing from GoogleEarth in V21
Hi Jon, In both V20 and V21, with your API key, Import from Google Earth gives the "Oops something went wrong" message. The DevTools (right-click on the top bar) and going to the "Console" tab will give you more information about this:- in.js:154 Google Maps JavaScript API error:...

Hi Nick,
UNDO can be used but only once you have exited the tool.
To have access to UNDO while still in the tool might be technically difficult to do.

Re: Change Map image date?
Hi Nick,
The Google Maps API that we use in our Import from Google Earth utility does not have any way of selecting the date of the imagery. You would need to obtain the older imagery via another method and ensure it is rectified.

Re: configure label
Good evening. I suggest to check the following options in Settings|Labels :- - if the "Check label length" option is enabled. Uncheck this setting. It is likely that the label is longer than the pipe / combined pipes and therefore won't be created. - the "Angle tolerance" field. ...

Re: Number of Lines per Irrigation Block in Zone Design Report
It appears that I was incorrect and we can't really do this successfully in the current reports as it will only work for a limited set of circumstances. However, if you have a submain on one end and only only sized lateral in the connected spraylines the report can successfully add up the number of ...

Re: Database exemption error (3022)
This message appears when the design's internal symbol table is corrupted or if the symbol table in your customised database is significantly different from the Skeleton.mdb file, which is used to create each design's internal database. Although annoying, the messages don't affect anything and can b...

Re: Issues Launching Irricad Link
Hi James, I was thinking that the issue might be the default template you are using in IRRICAD Link, however with your edit now saying BricsCAD won't load with the Irricad64.brx APPLOADed that doesn't seem likely. To fix your plain BricsCAD try starting it in safemode so that you can unload the Irri...

Re: Issues Launching Irricad Link
There is another check you can do in BricsCAD to check if it is hanging when loading the Irricad64.brx file. 1. Open plain BricsCAD. 2. In Settings|Settings (or CONFIG on the command line) open Program Options|Files 3. In the "Support file search path" add the location of your Irricad fold...

Re: Issues Launching Irricad Link
This could be a dongle issue. Are you able to run Standalone on your computer or try your dongle on another computer that has IRRICAD? The other issue could be that you no longer require the other V20 brx type that was previously used on your computer. (Note this issue has been overcome in Version 2...
