Hi Nick,
The images come from our web server and they cannot currently be easily customised.
In theory, you could save a KML file from Irricad and change the style file references to point at your own style file / images, but that requires a fair bit of work and background knowledge.
Regards,
Dan

Google Maps Platform Update
Hi All, If you use Irricad’s Google Earth Import utility, you may have recently received an email from Google regarding changes to the way the Google Maps Platform is to be charged and billed. This may raise concerns about unexpected costs due to your API usage. However, we believe that with the ne...

Re: change System/zone flow units label
Hi Sergio, The unit keywords texts (e.g. #LARGEFLOWUNIT#) are derived from the unit strings, which are fixed in all cases, as per what you can see in the unit settings. You can, nominally, just replace that directly with the string you want (i.e., instead of using the keyword #LARGEFLOWUNIT# just en...

Re: Wish - 3rd Set of Labels
Hi Nick, It may help to save your preferred label configurations to file (via the Label Settings dialog), so that you can easily re-load them instead of manually changing the formats. Also be aware that you can selectively update labels by making a selection before (re-)applying "Create Labels&...

To clarify - do you mean the highest end of the flushing manifold, or the highest point on the manifold?

Re: Filling a Reservoir
Without seeing your design in detail (e.g., pump arrangement etc.) I can only make general recommendations. The Irricad solver only evaluates elevations at the ends of pipes, so your observation is basically correct. To get Irricad to account for the elevation rise, place a junction in the pipeline ...

Re: Block flow rates change after zone design
Hi Guilherme, Prior to design, flows may be quoted in Irricad based on the nominal flows from the database e.g., SDR for tapes. After the design process the actual flows are used where appropriate. You may have a mismatch between these in your database. One thing to note, for instance, is that the n...

Re: Drip Sides on Curves
Hi Rubem, While you can draw a tape with as many segments as required to form a pseudo-curve, this can be a lot of work. However, Irricad can convert curved lines into polyline tapes that are a usually good representation: Curve.png You can also use the tape block tool to create a block of curved (o...

Hi Ari, Just an extra note...all the report functions have a "List" option which will give you access to the new reports without you needing (necessarily) to customize your menus and toolbars. : IRR_REPZONE Please enter Zone Report template name or (LI)st:Li 1) Zone Control Valve Summary 2...

Re: how to open standalone file(.DEZ) in link?
HI Ari, 1). Yes this is normal. Some changes were necessary in the latest version of Standalone to accommodate the Pivot module. The current version of Link doesn't know about the Pivot module, and thus gives errors. Unfortunately, there isn't really a very graceful way around this until we can rele...

Re: how to open standalone file(.DEZ) in link?
Hi Ari, As per "Opening Version 21 Files in Other Versions of IRRICAD" in the Irricad Release notes, you first need to export your design from Standalone as an "AutoCAD Conversion File (*.daz)" using File|Export . This can then be imported into Link using the IRR_FILEIMPORT comma...

Re: Math functions for more Label fields
Hi Nick,
Yes it should work for any integer value. Note that that isn't the method used by the "round down" example though. That simply subtracts the remainder of dividing the number by the specified value (100) from the original value.

Dan

Re: Math functions for more Label fields
Hi Nick, We have typically only applied rounding to real numbers. Since the values you are interested in are integers, rounding doesn't work on them directly. This is the first time we've encountered a request to round integer values - mostly people want the exact number! With that said, you can rou...

I understand it's a problem you're having with the forum, but in order to not further added unrelated posts to this topic, could you please email 'support at irricad dot com' with a description of your Forum problem. When does it occur? What do you see? Any error messages?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: GE image skewed
Hi Nick, Irricad's GE importer takes data from geographical coordinates (a sphere) and translates them to planar coordinates (a flat plane) for CAD. Part of the process is to rectify the image so that the planar coordinates match the geographical ones. This is the "skew" in the image, and ...

Re: Flow difference between labels and zone
Hi, It's difficult to tell from your image, but the most likely reason is that the zone defined by this valve contains emitters that do not belong to the block. Have any tapes or outlets been added/removed manually in this area? The "Show Flow" tool might help to determine this if you are ...

Hi Sergio, We have had some other requests for new features in the legend creation tool. I can't give any specific time line for when / if that might happen, but I will add i...

Re: Customizing the Legend in Irricad Link
Hi Sergio, To answer your questions: a) You can't currently automatically separate the wires from the pipes in the legend, except that the wires are always displayed after the pipes. The best way to make them distinct would be to use the descriptions and line styles/colours in the database. Another ...

Irricad Link Bug Fix for Google Earth Utility
We have discovered a problem with the "Import from Google Earth" utility used in Irricad Link, when executing the IRR_FILEGEIMPORT or IRR_FILEGEIMPORTKML functions. You may see the import window, which then quickly disappears, or the function(s) may appear to do nothing at all. In that cas...
