Hello,
Following completion of the rendering process of an irrigation plan, the document was saved accordingly, but subsequently could not be re-opened in IrriCAD. A series of error message windows appeared within the IrriCAD window, then the program crashed. Required associated files for the rendered plan do not appear to have been generated as would otherwise occur when saving a file.
A PDF sequentially displaying the error messages is attached.
We require guidance as to how to overcome this matter without completely rendering the plan anew.
Regards,
Shane Hughes

Re: Unable to Retrieve Saved File
It appears that something has happened when the file was being saved to the hard-disk or network drive.
Perhaps you can load the backup file? In File|Open browse to the Backup folder and load the DesignName~~Backup.des, commonly located in C:\Program Files\AEI Software\IRRICAD Pro 13\Backup.
If you do not have a backup design email the file to Support@IRRICAD.com and we will hopefully be able to fix the file.
