There may be several reasons why IRRICAD cannot create a DEZ file during Save or when AutoSaving. Known causes have been eliminated in the latest patches. Make sure you have installed Patch1416.
If you have installed Patch1416 and the warning is still occurring this could be caused by the #SHIFT# keyword used in a label on the design before Management has been run (the shift number will be ‘0’). Run Zone Design and Assign Zones to System Flows... before saving the design.
Note that with the warning message a .dez file will actually be created but it will not include the zone design file.
