Hi all.
I have a problem with the database. I believe it is simple to solve but I do not know how to do it.
I have created a Zone PRV in Other Hydraulics. I started a project and used that PRV in one of the designed zones. Then I realized there was a mistake in the C head lost parameter I gave to the PRV. I corrected it in the database and redesign, but in my project remains the wrong PRV. I imagine is taking it from the project internal DB and not from the corrected DB file.
My question is: Is there any way to make that the project takes the corrected PRV from the DB file???
Thanks

Re: Correcting Data Base
Hi,
Before the Design process a check is made on the time stamp of the component database to see if it needs to update anything. Note that if the database is still open in the Database Editor then the update check is automatic.
If, for some reason, this is not occurring you can change the PRV to another item, run File|Repair (to purge the internal database) and then change the item back to the required PRV. The newly inserted PRV item will now have the current (new) parameters.
Note that in IRRICAD Link you can run AUDIT. A question will be asked whether you wish to "Remove unused items form the database?" Press 'Y' for yes. In most cases you would not want to purge the database so would usually press 'N' for no.
