Hydraulic pipe colour not database dependent

I am currently doing a design that has existing pipe in the system. it would be good to be able to change the colour and the linetype with out having to create existing pipes in the database. creating multiple entries for existing pipes means more work in keeping all your data up to date. i would mainly use the database colours but when there is some existing pipe in the design i change the scope to design only, which is great for the BOM, but would be even better if i could change the linetype and the colour so that it now stands out as being existing pipe.
