We have 4 identical laptops with the same Irricad version, v16.
Two of them don't open. The logo of irricad flashes up and close. The only way to use the software is uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Both are W10 64Bit. Does anyone go thru this?

Re: Irricad don´t open
Hi,
Can you confirm that the computers which are having the issue need to have the program installed each morning? If so, this sounds like the CADD registration hasn't been able to register via the internet during installation. Are the computers connected to the internet during the installation process? If so, please read the installation notes from http://www.irricad.com/irricad/download ... dLater.pdf .
If getting through your firewalls/ proxy server isn't the issue the only other cause that we know of currently is removing installed folders or files from within the IRRICAD folder, such as deleting the language report folders or Surgef.exe being quarantined by your anti-virus. This will cause IRRICAD to try to reconfigure/re-install which firstly de-registers the CADD engine. This would cause IRRICAD to fail immediately whereas with the registration issue IRRICAD will run until midnight but not the next day.
The IRRICAD Team.
