exists any option to use a polyline as irrigation tape?

Hi,
Do you mean converting a polyline to a tape? Yes, this can be achieved by selecting the polyline and actioning Zone|Tape.
If you mean using a polyline for the lateral direction (with multiple vertices), the Tape Block tool has a "Polyline" option for the User Defined lateral direction.
