"E0003 SuperPro Key Not Found" Message when trying to run New Installation

Symptoms:-
  • On a computer that did not previously have IRRICAD installed
  • You were able to successfully activate the hardware key/dongle but upon running IRRICAD you receive the "E0003 SuperPro Key Not Found" message
This could be a symptom of a problem with an existing driver.

1. Look in the Device Manager under “Universal Serial Bus Controllers”
2. If it lists an HL dongle with a warning “update driver” run the SentinelProtectionInstaller7.6.9.exe from the wafer card (located in the “Install” folder) or download from http://www.irricad.com/irricad/download ... r7.6.9.exe.
3. Restart the computer and check the Device Manager - it should now list a SuperPro dongle with no warning messages.
4. Run IRRICAD.
