Hi! Some time ago we managed to create a custom report to generate a CSV file with all the materials of the project, including extra allowances, grouped by provider. Now we are heading for something a bit more complicated, so first of all, I just want to be sure it can be done.
We need to have a report that generates a list of all the materiales in the project, but separeted according to where each item belongs (ie main pipes, seconary pipes, control valves, etc). We are using irricad Link, so my way to see it, is that I need a report that subdivides the materials in groups, were each group is one of the many AutoCad layers that contains the irricad objects.
In this case, it is not important to group the materials by provider.

Hi Facundo,

Yes this should be possible. If you look at the Zone Summary / Mainline B.O.M. for example, you can see the items divided by mainline / zone, and then subsequently sorted by item type (pipes, valves etc.)

Remember that you can also produce B.O.M reports based on an actual selection in the design, if that helps.
