Hello,
Last week I had a design and when I opened it at the beginning of this week the IRR_ELEVATAIONS layer was empty. I know they existed at one point as I remember trimming some of the contours. Additionally, none of the Irricad functions seemed to work (creating irrigated areas, heads, etc.).
In an effort to start over I tried to open a new design and reimport the field (about a square mile for reference). When doing so, I receive two errors during the import: "DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE", followed by 'Google Maps quota exceeded. Will be renewed at midnight...' The image will then import but there will not be an elevation layer.
Everything seemed to check out when I checked the billing account and the API key. I tried importing other areas and had no issues. During further testing it seems I can import most of the field, but there is a small area of the field that seems to prompt this error.
Has anyone seen this before? I could understand if some area did not have elevation data for some reason, but peculiar I was able to import this area just fine a week ago.

Re: Missing elevations
This just started happening for me as well.
AutoCAD 2023 v21 plugin - Just image w/errors, no elevations
BricsCAD 23 v21 plugin Google Earth opens than closes with no interaction. I have tried the different Irricadx64.brx files with no luck.

Re: Missing elevations
Unfortunately Google recently made some changes and this introduced a bug.
What happens is that some data is corrupted so the download is stopped and Google issues the DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE message, which causes our software to issue the 'Quota exceeded' message.
The good news is that this only happens in some locations.
We do not know when Google will be fixing this issue so we will make some changes on our end to skip the bad data and continue downloading the good data.
Until we have the made changes the only work around is to change the number of lines of elevation data (Auto, 100, 50, etc) in the Import from Google Earth utility until you find one that successfully completes the elevation data download.

Re: Missing elevations
It appears that Google has now fixed this issue.
