Good afternoon.
I have recently (in the past month) begun to have issues with the "Import from Google Earth" function (IRR_FILEGEIMPORT). When I attempt to import from Google Earth, the "Import from Google Earth.exe" map pops up and begins to load. It does not respond to any kind of mouse input and then automatically closes after about 10 seconds.
As far as I can tell, my API key is up to date, and I have the following APIs active:
-Maps Elevation
-Maps Javascript
-Maps Static
-Places
I am running Irricad Link v21.23.01 in BricsCAD v23.2.07. I downloaded and installed the bug fix found here (viewtopic.php?p=2476#p2476) but it didn't help. I cannot get the file "IrricadGEImport.exe" to open on its own either. Please let me know if you need more information to help me troubleshoot. Thanks!
-Nate

Hi Nate,
We advise to apply the latest V21 patch to ensure you have the latest files. Please follow the steps in our Announcement forum viewtopic.php?p=2662#p2662 (New Patch for IRRICAD Link Version 21).
The version of the ImportGEImport.exe should be 1.08.8796.17033. You can see this by hovering over the executable in the Irricad Link folder.
If the issue persists please email your IRRICAD Support Team.

Re: Link V21/Bricscad V23 Issue with Google Earth Import
Hi Jo.
It turns out I had the wrong Google Earth EXE version. I had downloaded the correct one, but didn't extract it properly or something. I extracted it to the right file path and now it is running properly.
Thanks for the quick response!
