Why does the Print dialog crash the next time I select Print
This problem has been seen on NT 4.0+ operating systems and with an HP Design Jet 500 on Version 7.3. Turn off 'Enable Bi-Directional Support' in Printer Properties|Port Settings (in the Printer folder).
