After installing Pro Version 10.5 if you are getting a
"Winicad.exe - E0007 Error loading import library CADTOOLS.dll" error message when running IRRICAD Pro Version 10.5
or a
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error" error message when running the Pro Version 10.5 Database Editor
Download msxml6_x86.msi from the following link (assuming it's 32 bit Windows XP operating system).

Now run this install (just double click) and see if IRRICAD runs.
What this does is install XML 6.0 sp1 services, this normally should be part of XP SP3 but may not have worked on the PC for some reason (you should be able to see MSXML6.DLL in the Windows\system32 folder if it is installed). Note installing this also allows IRRICAD to run on XP sp2 and Win 2K sp4.
