Centered Valves

Post by ErnstIrrigation »

When I generate irrigation block entities with end fed laterals (submain positioned at "start" or "end") and centered valves, it appears the valves are positioned on the submain pipe based on the overall submain length. Is there a way to position them so they are hydraulically centered?

With an odd shaped field, (e.i. one that tapers off on one end), I may have a block with a manifold that will have 35 gpm to one half and 15 gpm to the other.

The "Center" postion for the valve placement is based on the physical length of the submain. However you can specify the valve placement as a percentage from the start of the submain and thereby place the valve more hydraulically central as required.
