This messase will occur when trying to place hydraulic items on a design if the path for the database symbols is incorrect.
After re-installing IRRICAD the registry has still retained the original folder path which no longer contains the database symbols. This will also cause a failure to find the plot templates, the drawing symbols, and the reports.
The quick way to set the paths to the latest installed folder is to click the [Restore Defaults] button in Settings|Drawing Items and Settings|Irrigation Items. Then click the [Save As Defaults] button. Close IRRICAD to save the newly restored paths into the registry.
