ERRO IDE DES 409 (Getwhr)

I was finishing a project, but when I try to get the travel report, this error appears. Another problem when I try to open it in Google Earth appears with a large X in the image.
The DES_409 error means that there is an issue finding the second point of the pipe or wire object. Run File|Compress followed by File|Repair.
If the issue persists please upgrade to Version 21, which you are eligible for, and run File|Repair again. (Note you will need to first upgrade your dongle to run Version 21).
