After renewing the license I can no longer change the database

the following message appears

"Failed to save database. Skeleton template does not exist"

Hi

The error can only happen when trying to “Save As Copy” in the database editor and it means that one of the installed files (either Skeleton.mdb or
Skeleton.accdb) is missing. Renewing your lease licence won't have removed these files and they are contained in the standard installations so the file must have been moved or deleted in some other way?

If your are running IRRICAD Link then both Skeleton.mdb and Skeleton.accdb should be located in the "database" subfolder of the main IRRICAD Link folder (normally C:\Program Files\Irricad\Irricad Link BricsCAD\Database). For IRRICAD standalone only Skeleton.mdb should exist in the main install folder (normally C:\Program Files (x86)\Irricad\Irricad Pro 21).

If either of these files are missing let us know and we can send a replacement.

Os programas existem e estão na pasta indicada. Porem o problema continua.

Também não consigo criar um banco de dados novo
