Lateral pipe valve

Some of my sprinkler designs require an isolation valve for each lateral. Is there a way to let us pick a lateral isolation valve in the block options tab? Also is there a way to have a regulated check box like the one used for the tape irrigation block design for spray line designs? Most of my designs are on rolling terrain and this would be easier then adding miscellaneous hydraulic valves manually to each lateral.

Hi Greg,
Thank you for your question.
At the moment there is no way to automatically place an isolation valve or a pressure reducing valve (for lateral regulation) on spraylines. I will pass this request on the programming team. Thank you for your suggestion.

Kasra,
I think what you want in this situation is a valve-in-head sprinkler as you have the outlet and the valve at the same place.
We can do this in IRRICAD by using a Mainline Outlet, which places outlets that are also their own off/on control and you do not need to place a valve to have the sprinkler run by itself in Assign System Flowss (Management).
So in situations where the outlets itself is also the on/off control, use Mainline|Outlet.
In situations where you physically have a valve and a sprinkler, or more than one, running being controlled by this valve, use a Control Valve and Zone|Outlet or Sprayline. It is also best to have a zone pipe between the control valve and the sprinkler instead of on top of one another.
