Could you please add a new short cut under "Irricad on the web", as "Support Forum", which would automatically take you to the forum

A link to the IRRICAD Users forum was added to the Help dropdown in Pro Version 11. Remember to subscribe to the forums you wish to receive email notifications from when posts are made.
