Changes in an Irricad Design

Hi Ya'll,

I have a question. Let's say that i created a Tape Irrigation Block-chose the tape, subdivided it into zones, added a mainline, and a water supply. All of it was Computer Selected. I made sure it was all connected, Assigned a System Flow, ran the Zone LP Design, did the Valve Analysis, and then ran the Mainline-LP Design. If i ran a Pressure Map and realized that I needed to make some changes, how big does the change have to be in order to have to Clear Management? Each time I make a change,do I have to run all that I mentioned above again? Any help would be much appreciated. Have a blessed day :)

Thanks,
Samantha

Hi Samantha,

Clear Management is rarely used, only in cases where your zones running on system flows changes dramatically and you want to start again, or something has gone wrong.
Remember Management only needs to be re-run if you have added extra valves or deleted valves or water supplies(or mainline outlets).

If you have changed something in the zone, like the pipes sizes or outlets, you simply need to re-analyse (or re-design) the zone and then run valve analysis and ML design to update the design reports with the changes you have made.

Rgrds,

Jo
