What If My Layer Bar Has Disappeared?

When the Layer Manager does not display despite being enabled in the View menu the configuration file may have become corrupted.
To re-generate the configuration file for IRRICAD Standalone V12+:-
1. Close IRRICAD.
2. Using "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer" browse to the Irricad “\Config” folder (typically C:\Program Files\AEI Software\Irricad Pro 12\Config ).
3. Rename the Winicad.ini - for example to WinicadOld.ini. It is best not to delete this file just in case it is not corrupted and you would like to retain your current set of personalised settings.
4. Restart IRRICAD.
Note the toolbars will be reset to the installation defaults so you will need to redo any customisation.
Tip: After customising your toolbars close IRRICAD and copy the new Winicad.ini to a different place. In this way if anything happens to the working ini file you can simply copy this back to the config folder to restore your default preferences.
