Spot height problem

Good morning,
I have a problem with the manual spot height inserting in my Irricad designs.
I have now version 13.18 but this problem appeared for the first time when I had version 12.
When I try to insert a quote with Spot Height command, nothing appears in the screen...
This is a very big problem for me because I have to insert them with Autocad, causing me to work in two steps.
Please help!
Many thanks.

Hi Dario,
By "quote" do you mean using a comma decimal mark (e.g., 12,5m for twelve-and-a-half metres as opposed to 12.5m)?
This doesn't seem to be a problem here.
If this is not the issue, could you please provide further details? Particularly, could you tell me if an ordinary drawing point displays?
(that is, does the Draw|Point tool work?) Could you also let me know what version of Windows you are using?
(presumably an Italian version)?
Thanks,
Dan

Good morning Dan,
excuse me...I didn't explain myself.
The problem is that no symbol displays in the drawing when I try to insert a spot height...
The same problem with the Draw Point tool...it doesn't work.
Line and polyline instead work properly!
I use Windows 7 Professional.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Dario,
It sounds as if your internal setting for point visibility has been switched off. To fix this:
- Open a blank Irricad design.
- With the default Select tool active, type TI.
- Use Draw|Point to confirm that points are visible.
- Close and then re-open Irricad.
- Use Draw|Point again to confirm that the setting has been retained.
- Check that Draw|Spot Height also works.
Regards,
Dan
