Error logs

Where can I find the error reports? When I go to "Reports" -> "View Errors" nothing happens. Where do I go to view the errors?
Sorry, seems like a simple question. I am totally baffled.

Hi Anthony,
We have seen this once before and do not know the cause. However there may be a way to fix this.
a) Go in the Irricad folder where Pro V13 is installed.
b) Change the name of ReportViewer.exe to ReportViewerV13.exe
c) Change the name of Ledit32.dll to Ledit32v13.dll.
d) Save the attached zip file and extract the contents into the Irricad folder where Pro Version 13 is installed (commonly located in C:\Program Files (x86)\AEI Software\Irricad Pro 13)
ReportViewer.zip
e) Run IRRICAD V13, load a design, and try to open
View Errors .
Does View Errors open now?
If the above fix helps the issue please zip up the ReportViewerV13.exe and Ledit32v13.dll files and email them to
Support@IRRICAD.com. We will see if we can find out what has gone wrong in this situation.

Thank you for your timely responses. I have followed the instructions you gave me. It appears the attached zip file is empty. Could you try attaching it once more.
