Good day,
I need to solve a problem with a system flow report. I need to a system flow report was inserted into the drawing. RTF format does not suit me. Can IRRICAD inserts report into the drawing as a table or save it in one of the Microsoft Exel formats?
Thanks.

Valery,
The first page of any report can be copied to the clipboard using
Edit|Copy in the ReportViewer and then inserted on the IRRICAD screen as an OLE item. To insert an OLE item select
Tools|Insert OLE in IRRICAD and drag out a rectangle the shape of the copied items (i.e. an A4 paper size for a report). Note this rectangle can be resized afterwards if required.
Alternatively if the report is more than one page long you could export the data to MS Excel and copy and paste (Insert OLE) the full report from Excel into IRRICAD using the above OLE method. To export to Excel you must use a report template that has been set to export. I have included one that will export the System Flow Report to CSV which you can open directly in Excel.
MANAGESYSFLOW919CSV.zip
Save the compressed zip file to your hard-drive. Extract the fpc file from the zip file and save into your current IRRICAD \Reports folder, commonly located in C:\Program Files(x86)\AEI Software\IRRICAD Pro 13\Reports. Re-start IRRICAD and it will appear in the list of Management Reports as "System Flow Report_ CSV".

Valery,
Reports can be edited via the ReportEditor.exe located in the installed IRRICAD folder (commonly located in C:\Program Files (x86)\AEI Software\Irricad Pro 13) however this is not commonly undertaken by users. Apart from the easy editing of the header in the default reports (these are typically removed in exported reports) the formatting of the report templates may not be easy to follow and there is no documented help for this.
Also, to make a report export instead of opening in the report viewer go to Report|Options and change the report name and add #CSV# at the end of the string e.g. System Flow Report_CSV #SORT# #CSV#
Other options are #TSV# for tab separated values or #TXT# for a text file.
If you tell me what changes you would like I can see if this can be done - email to
Support@IRRICAD.com. Note the column width cannot be auto-set by the export function. I notice with comma separators the columns are not used as with decimal separators:-

I will investigate if there is a way to display without the speech marks and additional commas when using a comma separator for decimal symbols.
I am not quite sure why the '3' in m3/h is not displaying as per your image. Which keyboard are you using - as seen in Control Panel - Region and Language - Keyboards and Languages.
