If you receive a DLL Load message:-
"A required DLL, VCBASE32.dll, could load because of a memory conflict.
A second instance of VCBase32.dll tried to load at a different memory address.
Please report this error to technical support"
then the issue is typically that IRRICAD is already running when you tried to load the program again. You will also receive a message that the DLL is missing and to re-install IRRICAD.
Simply close all instances of IRRICAD before re-running.
In some instances the previous IRRICAD session did not shut down completely.
1. Go to the Task Manager by right-clicking on the Windows Task Bar and select "Start Task Manager".
2. Go to the "Processes" tab (the "Details" tab in Windows 10).
3. Locate "Winicad.exe" and highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "End Process" ("End Task" inWindows 10).
5. Now you can successfully run IRRICAD.
