If the decimal separator has changed to a symbol or letter:-
1. Go to Control Panel | Region and Language.
2. On the Formats tab click the “Additional Settings” button.
3. Change the “Decimal symbol” back to a point or a comma, as required.
4. Click OK and Apply.
5. Re-run IRRICAD.
