Irricad

Hi all,

I have installed patch V15 on my PC (Windows 8). It works fine.
Then I installed on another laptop (Windows XP). Everything was well withing the installation, but when I start up Irricad, it just does not execute. No messages, just nothing.
Any ideas?
Is V15 also working in Windows XP?

Hi,
There should be no issue with running Version 15 on Windows XP as long as you are running Service Pack 3.
If you only saw the splash screen and then IRRICAD did not load it means the CADD engine did not register through the internet - you must be connected to the internet for the duration of the installation. To fix this issue read the http://www.irricad.com/irricad/download ... n12-15.pdf .

Hi Jo.

Yes I was connected to internet and the Windows Xp is Service Pack 3.
I will try to do what you suggest and let you know the results.
