Inserted OLEs Not Displaying on Screen

If inserted OLEs don't display on the screen however print correctly this could be caused by the text size (DPI scale) in Control Panel | Display - make text or other items larger or smaller.
To adjust for a text size greater than 100% refer to the steps in the forum post
