Hi, I have a design with many different water supplies, most are connecting to pipes, but 3 of the water supplies are not. I've tried everything I know, including deleting water supplies and pipes and redoing, I've looked at snaps settings, which are set to connect.... I need help!

Often with multiple water supplies the issue is to do with management rather than connectivity (unless Check Outlet Connectivity actually says items are not connected). See the Tips forum for posts about connectivity issues.
