Problem Running Sentinel Protection Installer or E0003 message

After installing IRRICAD if you see an "E0003" error message then this typically means that the sentinel protection installer (dongle driver) did not install or was not installed correctly. In some instances a computer restart is required. In other cases the driver could not install because of User Access Control settings or the anti-virus software stopped the driver installation.
If you have downloaded the Sentinel Protection Installer it is possible the file was not downloaded completely or was downloaded in a corrupt state. (NB the file size is 8.4MB). Try downloading the file again.
If the installation starts but then says the file is not complete or not a trusted Windows installation then the issue could be caused by your Anti-Virus Software.
One known case was with Trend Micro where the behaviour monitoring appeared to be the cause. Disabling the behaviour monitoring just for the duration of the installation can be achieved by right-clicking on the system tray's "Trend Micro" icon and selecting "Disable Behaviour Monitoring" REMEMBER TO TURN IT BACK ON AFTER THE SENTINEL DRIVER HAS BEEN INSTALLED!
