IRRICAD Not Running After Re-Installation

Good Morning.
I saw a 1604 update on the site and try to do an install.
When it was done, Irrigation stopped working and the computer was no longer open. What is the procedure to return its operation?
Even reinstalling version 16.0 does not work anymore.
What is the procedure to reactivate it?

It sounds like the VCADD registration has been broken somehow. Follow the steps on the forum post

I tried running repair and it made things worse by adding in spraylines. in frustration i deleted irricad and reinstalled. Now irricad starts up and comes up with a box saying
Failed to open file
C:/program files(x86)/AEI software (irricad pro 16)errorlog.txt
I press of the splashscrren shows for a moment and nothing happens.

If IRRICAD appears to have a system wide issue across all designs, including new ones, then re-installing is an option, however it is a last resort and usually only done on a recommendation from the Support team.
Also, don't delete the IRRICAD folder but rather un-install via the Control Panel | Programs and Features.
If IRRICAD cannot run and just shows the splash screen then it means that the CADD engine registration has been broken and you will need to un-install and re-install again (as explained in the above post).
