Mainline pipes not joining in IrriCAD Link

I am experiencing a problem in an IrriCAD Link design. Design is laid out normally but the mainline pipes won't connect. Any thoughts?
Hi Jim,
Do you mean when drawing mainline pipes they aren't connecting to each other?
Or are you using Irricad's 'Check Connectivity' tool?
