Error importing elevations from Google Earth

Dear,
When I try to import elevations from Google Earth, the software prevents me from doing so and tells me Error on the server (403).
What could I do to fix it?

The most likely cause of this error message is that either the API billing isn’t set up correctly or the Maps Elevation API has not been enabled.
Have you obtained an API key from Google? Follow our "How To" forum post "How To Acquire a Google Maps API Key" (viewtopic.php?f=18&t=607#p1418) to obtain an API key or check that you have completed all of the necessary steps.
