AutoCAD Plug on.

Hi.
Had some really strong requests for IrriCAD becoming an AutoCAD plug-on.
Most CAD users are familiar with AutoCAD and the commands etc... (Current VCADD "rotate command is awful)
Majority of designers have a copy of AutoCAD available to them.
Is this a possibility??
Is it worth investigating?
Thanks.

I think this would be a really good idea. I know it would be time consuming to program, but I agree, now working for an Engineering consulting company, we have to use AutoCad, as majority of different companies involved are using AutoCad. I don't think the company I am working for, would have a problem at all paying for an AutoCad and a Irricad (knowing that the additional time/programming would come at a cost).

Hi Gennaro,

Potentially a seperate IrriCad Pro "Plus" version for Engineering Firms??

No not a seperate one, but the main/only platform/version, which would be attractive to a greater market, Engineering, Landscape Architects, etc.
