hydraulic object preview not at the good place when drawing

Hi,
One of my colleague is facing something strange that neither I nor my other colleagues using irricad seen before :
I precise that it happens on irricad V17.02, CAD version 7.0.4.112, running on WIN 10.
So, the issue seems to happens when trying to draw hydraulic entities, it not happens when drawing a simple line.
let's say that trying to draw a zone pipe:
1. clic on the tool "zone pipe"
2. the window where we have to specify drawing properties/pipe properties appears
3. filling the good fields of this window
4. click OK
5. clic left on the drawing area to enter the first point
6. clic left on the drawing area to enter the second point
7. escape from the tool
The bug appears between step 5 and 6, after clicking to enter the first point, you normally see the temporary line from this point to your cursor. And this line moves with you cursor until you clic to enter the second point.
Well, on this computer, when he clics ( step 5) the temporary line appears completly besides. exactly like if there is kind of offset. then when he moves the cusror, the temporary line moves but not attached to the cursor. In the end when second point is placed the real line appears at the right place.
At the first time I was thinking to a snap issue that when clicking to enter first point something was snaped, but all snaps were disabled and this kind of offset is the same anywhere on the drawing.
I tried to draw a simple line ( not hydraulic entity) and the issue does NOT happens.
I tried to draw a mainline pipe, an irrigation block, the issue happens.
This seems to be a minor bug but when drawing, it is really fastidious.
I hope it's clear...
Thanks for advise and sorry for my bad english.
PS: cannot upgrade to V18 cause we are a team and not the full team is running on WIN10 so we wait that all our laptops were ugraded to WIN10 an then we all migrate to V18.
