PLOTTING SYMBOL

I would like to know how I can clean up the names of symbols into the drop-down list of plotting symbol that I don´t use. I have been struggling with this, furthermore I can´t link plotting symbol to the "*.vcs symbols", only appear the option to open "*.dwg files". Despite having created the symbols, they don´t appear when I have to link them into the plotting symbol. Where may I find instructions how to create symbols correctly and link them to the plotting symbols?
I have read some tips in Irricad Forum, but it didn´t work for me. I hope you guys may help me.

Symbol names should not be changed by editing the .vcs file name. Use Tools|Duplicate Symbol File to make any name changes.

We don't recommend removing unused symbols from the symbol list.

In IRRICAD Standalone the Database Editor should only be looking for .vcs files and not .dwg files. This appears to be a bug in V18, which has been fixed in a new version of the Database Editor for Version 18.06. You can download this from https://www.irricad.com/Irricad/Downloa ... se1806.zip . Save the zip file and double-click to open it. Then copy the Irribase.exe to your installed Irricad v18 folder to overwrite the existing one.
