If Mouse Wheel Scrolling Doesn't Work in the Goolge Earth Import Utility

If the mouse wheel appears to work normally in other programs but you are having issues with zooming in and out of the Google Earth imagery inside the Import from Google Earth utility then check your mouse settings.
The image below is from an optical mouse and when the vertical scrolling was set to "one screen at a time" the zooming did not work in the Import from Google Earth utility. After selecting "The following number of lines at atime" option the zooming was able to work. Make these changes in Control Panel | Mouse.
