Hi there,
I am using irricadlink V19 + Briscad V19. When i send the file (*.dwg) in autocad 2018 format to clients, many times, they say me that the drawing lost information, especially symbols (they are Autocad 2018 or higher users).
It's a way to export to a .dwg format does not losing information, for not irricadlink users?
somebody with the same issue?

For AutoCad users without Irricad, Irricad objects in a DWG should show as proxy objects. However, the user can choose not to display proxy objects - so it could look like information is missing.
Are we sure that the clients have their "display proxy objects" switched on?
If yes, can we narrow down which proxy objects are not displaying correctly? If it is symbol related, that would be Irricad point objects? (e.g., valves, junctions, misc. hydraulic items etc.) Is it all Irricad objects? Or a specific class of object?
