If IRRICAD Doesn't Run the Day After Installation

If you see the IRRICAD splash screen for a second, then nothing, this usually means that the VCADD registration process failed at installation. When this happens IRRICAD will open that day, but not on subsequent days.

To fix in IRRICAD Standalone V18+:
1. Open a browser and go to www.visualcadd.net. This is a good check that the Visual CADD website is currently active and that you have browsed to an external website.
2. Go to the installed IRRICAD folder, commonly located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Irricad\Irricad Pro xx (where xx is the version folder your latest IRRICAD has been installed into. If you have upgraded then xx will be an older version number).
3. Locate the Irricadcfg8.exe and double-click on it.
4. In the dialog click on [Activate VCADD via the Internet].
5. Exit the utility.

IRRICAD should now run.

However, if you receive a failed registration error please forward it to your local support for advice.

Note that in older versions IRRICAD will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Check you receive a successful VCADD registration message at the end of the installation process.
