Hi Davie,

If the zone names don't appear to be alphabetical this can occur during manual name editing.

Re: Number of Lines per Irrigation Block in Zone Design Report
Hi Davie,
Currently, NUMROW cannot be calculated in the reports.
However, you can use #NUMROW# keyword in an Irrigation Block label to provide the number of entire rows, regardless of where the submain is.
Note that this keyword does not count the number of groups.

Re: Hatch selection freezing up standalone v.21
This issue sounds like your hatch scales have been broken in a design, which is then remembered in the VCADD files for future designs.
It isn't caused by updating IRRICAD.
When this occurs go into "Select Object" mode (or double-escape) and type HX on the keyboard followed by the <Enter> key.

Re: Hatch selection freezing up standalone v.21
Hi Phil,
Firstly, try to turn off as many layers as you can so that the screen has the bare minimum displayed on it.
Secondly, it helps to zoom into the area that you are trying to hatch.
Does the hatching now work successfully?
If the issue persists please send the design to your local support ...

Re: Problem with Automatic Flushing Valve Fitting in Irrigation Block
The issue here is that IRRICAD is looking for a coupler, or a reducing elbow, to complete the fittings at this junction.
For the connection between the 50mm (2") elbow and the 40mm (1.5") riser pipe, a reducing bush (50 M S x 40 F S) present and selectable in the Couplers component group will solve ...

Re: Issue with Automatic Display of PVC Fitting in Database
With tees in the Tee component group, you will also require reducers and couplers in the Couplers component group to cope with the junctions that have a change in submain size.
Therefore, between 4" and 5" you will need a tee (a 5" x 1.5" tee appears to be your preference) and also a reducer to go ...

Re: Error when creating a new Tape
This is an issue which appears from time to time in Version 20 and 21, generally caused by a broken symbol table.
The message can usually be safely ignored. However, if you can't proceed with adding a new tape please forward your database to your local support team.

Thank you for the design and database.
As I suspected, your "PVC Clamp" is in the "Lateral Takeoffs" component group.

Re: Issue with Automatic Display of PVC Fitting in Database
The issue is caused by that junction being where the submain changes size from 5" down to 4".
The internal rules make IRRICAD select the 4" tee and a 5" to 4" reducer.
The options are:-
A. Make the submain size change downstream from the lateral connection by placing another junction on the ...

Re: Inaccessible Corrupted DWG File
Thanks for your input Nick, however you have forgotten a very important piece.
If you use RECOVER your must run AUDIT afterwards. RECOVER does not know about IRRICAD objects but AUDIT does (since IRRICAD Link V18 and later).

Unfortunately there isn't currently a better method to downsize the imagery for use in IRRICAD Standalone.
IRRICAD Link, in AutoCAD or BricsCAD, does not have the same limitations and appears to handle large imagery with ease.

Download the file and save to your local drive.

Docking Tips for the Object Info Panel in BricsCAD
The persistent docking panel, introduced in IRRICAD Link Version 22, allowing hydraulic and other information to be quickly viewed for a single selected item.
Like the “Database Info” panel, this panel can be docked in a multi-tabbed container in BricsCAD, to save space.
